This website is run by the developer of The Residences at Kings Hall. The apartments at The Residences at Kings Hall are sold through two joint agents, Simon Brien and McGeown Estate Agents, who are independent businesses.

This website is a general guide to The Residences at Kings Hall. Nothing on it is an offer, and nothing on it forms part of any contract.

Some images are computer-generated, and are marked as such. Some photographs show the Bristow show apartment, dressed with furniture and finishes that are not included, and are used to give a feel for other apartment types where we say so. Floor plans are not to scale, and room sizes are approximate.

Prices, availability, layouts, the specification and the service charge are correct to the best of our knowledge when published, and may change. Please confirm anything that matters to you with the agents, and rely on your own inspection, survey and solicitor before you commit to buying.

You are welcome to view, print and share pages from this site for your own use. The words, photographs, images, film and design belong to us or to the people who license them to us, and may not be copied or used for any business purpose without our permission.

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or send the enquiry form automatically.
