Privacy policy

Last updated 1 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to your details when you use this website, and in particular when you send the “Discover more” form.

Who is responsible

This website is run by the developer of The Residences at Kings Hall, who is responsible for your information under UK data protection law. The website is built and looked after for them by AM Studios.

What we collect

If you send the “Discover more” form, we collect your name and the email address or phone number you give us. That is all the form asks for.

Like any website, the companies that host this one keep server records, including the IP address a visit came from, to keep the site secure and working.

What we do with it

Your details are sent by email to the two estate agents selling the development, so they can send you more about life at Kings Hall. A copy also goes to AM Studios, so they can check enquiries are arriving. Nothing is kept on the website itself.

We use your details because you asked to hear more. The agents may get in touch once or twice to follow up. If you would rather they didn't, tell them and they will stop.

Who sees it

The two agents, Simon Brien and McGeown Estate Agents, who are independent businesses with their own privacy notices; AM Studios; and the companies that help run the site: Resend, which sends the form's emails, and Lovable and Cloudflare, which host the website.

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where your details are handled outside the UK, they are protected by the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

The agents keep enquiries for as long as you are talking to them about a home, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to them. Ask for your details to be deleted and they will be.

Cookies

This website uses two small cookies, both set by our hosting providers and both needed for the site to work, so the law does not require us to ask first. Neither holds anything about who you are.

__cf_bm is set by Cloudflare to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic, and lasts 30 minutes. __dpl is set by Lovable to keep you on the same version of the site while you browse, so pages don't change part way through a visit, and lasts 24 hours.

There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The music player stores nothing on your device.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to it being used. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
