Life here.

Company when you want it. Quiet when you don't.

Why maintain rooms you rarely use?

Here your home is the size you need. Downstairs are the rooms you'd never keep up on your own: a lounge with the fire lit, a reading room, a club room and an exercise suite. Outside, landscaped gardens and a courtyard to sit out in. All of it looked after, none of it yours to hoover or mow.

Good company, whenever you'd like it.

Tea in the lounge, bridge in the club room, Sunday lunch for the family at a table for eight. Stay the afternoon, or five minutes.

“There is a range of optional social activities which encourages a sense of community spirit and has helped my parents get to know their neighbours.”

Your front door. Your pace.

An hour in the reading room, a class in the exercise suite, or neither. Nothing here is compulsory. It's your home, not a timetable.

The landscaped courtyard, with planted beds, paths and tables outside the apartments

All of the garden, none of the work.

Landscaped lawns and a courtyard to sit out in, all looked after for you. And if you still love to garden, there's a kitchen garden to grow your own.

The Lisburn Road, a stroll away.

Coffee with a friend, lunch out, a browse round the shops and dinner somewhere new. The cafés, restaurants and shops of the Lisburn Road are a few minutes' walk from your front door.

Away for a month? Just close the door.

Gated entry, a video entry-phone and a parcel room that holds your deliveries till you're back, plus three years of the Kings Hall Car Share Scheme for when one car isn't enough.
